We start with an honest assessment. You give us the lease return checklist from your finance arm (or we pull it) and we walk the vehicle with you. Every marked item gets categorized: cosmetic (we can fix), mechanical (you need a shop), or structural (probably out of scope). You'll know the realistic post-detail condition before we book anything.
